I recently started using Outlook 365 after being an exclusive user of Gmail for email/calendar for over 5 years now.  I love it.

The transition hasn’t been fun.

Then I found this post which gives directions on how to fix Outlook and make it more ‘Google-ish’.

IMO the biggest fail in Outlook 365 is the lack of ‘conversation’ threading but that is fixable.

Also the folders aren’t the same (i.e. starred) but that’s easy to fix too.

What’s not easy is how to deal with this:

I haven’t missed hanging and errors.  I guess some things don’t change.
