I’ve been busy working on this site and a new logo for my personal and corporate branding.
Used http://www.crowdspring.com which was great.
For $200 I received 115 concepts from 41 designers. 

Here’s the winner:

There were a bunch of others that were also very good but I liked this one the best.

A great use of ‘space’ and it makes you stop and think. See the L? See the snare drum ref around the circle?
